“Call Me Three Times is a piece that has been presented in theaters, galleries and garages. It is on one hand, a piece for me to sell as a complete objet, and on the other a piece I readily take apart and modify according to the context and space it is in. The work is about the performer producing images and living these images in-vivo. This requires the performer to unplug/ rearrange/move things around and quickly enter the “show” only to exit again and set up the next scene. The work is intrinsically about the desire to be on stage and the precariousness of Stage-work.” -Katarina Lanier

There will be two open workshops of two-hours length where people are invited to come and play performance games to explore the space as individuals and as a collective. This will include certain material experiments as well. For example, a repository with large textiles, video projector, and flashlights for the performance games to take place.

This workshop is open to people of all backgrounds, no performance background necessary. Please be available to move and use your body and creative brain.

The goal is to play together, test material, and open dialogue around the experience of the workshop. Green Oasis provides a broad space for wandering paths and expansiveness of gestural scope. Le Petit Versailles is a space that inspires intimacy complexity, and connection to the urban culture of the surrounding streets.
