Louis A Grimes Jr, 36, New Yorker: As an amateur freelance graphic designer an artist, I learned my craft just drawing and doodling most of my life. I always pushed to try working on what was hard and projects till I received formal training in community college. There is no proper way to start, learn, or criteria for art, so just do what you like.
Nadia Rondon, trans disciplinary artist, political performer, sculptor, tattooress, anti-colony activist and immigrant, non-binary gender (they/she), indigenous Wanka/Quechua descendant. I work collectively, taking spaces in the streets, generating temporary artistic pieces or Anti-Monuments that are alive for a few minutes or hours, until the police stop us or the spectators destroy the installed pieces.
