This green may also be evidence of the lingering powers of serpent and earth wisdom breaking through the cracks in the Christian worldview.Joe Milutis will be delivering this discussion-poem of paintings and other artworks of Duccio di Buoninsegna, Domenico Veneziano, Giambattista Tiepolo, El Greco, Melchior de la Mars, Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec, Ettore Tito, John Steuart Curry, Paul Delvaux, Remedios Varo, Andres Serrano, David Lynch and Isabella Rosellini (subject to change!). To be followed by poem-discussion, cocktails and celebration.BIOJoe Milutis is a writer, media artist, and Assistant Professor of Interdisciplinary Arts at the University of Washington-Bothell.
