"An Evening of Flutter"

Fragments and minor moments coalesce and argue in a paean to the possibly overlooked and the definitively forgotten. A wisp of wind in our hair, the skip of the heart, wings of birds flapping, frames of film found under a bench.  Our group of NYC artists will interpret the word flutter in individual and idiosyncratic ways in an attempt to live in the space between the tangible and the ineffable.  With poet Lee Ann Brown, painter Mable Ting, filmmakers Mark Street and Lynne Sachs, actor Tony Torn and Accra Shepp.
